  So far it’s easy to use and a pretty rude awakening to how sedentary I can be! The only thing I have noticed is that if I hold the handle bars on my treadmill instead of swinging my arms it doesn’t recognize my “step”. I think it needs to feel the movement/vibration to get the step counted
