As much as I would love to knit 24/7 I know my back 40 would never fit into pants ever again. I have a Fitbit and I’m recommitting to getting my steps as best I can every day. And boy did I rock it today!
I beat my goal and took a two hour nap! Maybe it’s just the spirit of the Olympic Games spurring me on!
What is your favorite workout?
I really enjoy doing ball passes using a yoga ball. At first I thought it was just strength training but it counts for cardio too.
I love my fit bit. got hubby moving with one also. he has back issues and it keeps him inspired to stay on the go
Awesome, keep up the good work. Most days I do okay. Some days are just for knitting, like today. I don’t push it. I am happy with 7500 steps, after all, I am retired!
Bellydance for sure is my fave. It’s fun. A lot core strength needed and great for abd and back muscles. You can add arm work and veil work. Super fun!
