This hat is delicious! I couldn’t be happier with how my SSK Tweed Hat turned out.

Pattern: My own basic beanie “recipe” with 112 stitches
Needles: US 5s
Yarn: Red Door Fiber Bungalow Tweed in the Hint of Grey

I am right on with using 75% of my skeins for hats. For this sport weight that equates out to 205 yards in the hat. It does take longer to knit but the lighter fabric is pretty nice. And the tweed bits are perfectly set against the grey background. I would knit this base again.
Before I put these needles away I think I will work up a skein of Malabrigo Arroyo for one of my next hats. It’s been floating around my knitting bag and I think I will try this gauge and stitch count again.
